These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bmwexch betting exchange. By registering or placing a bet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to bet in your location. You are responsible for ensuring that using an online betting exchange is permitted where you live. We may refuse or close accounts that do not meet these conditions.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. One account per person. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share access or let anyone else bet on your behalf.

3. How the exchange works

Bmwexch matches back and lay bets between players. Odds are set by the market, not by us. A back bet wins if the outcome happens; a lay bet wins if it does not. Once matched, a bet stands unless a market is voided under these terms.

4. Commission

We charge commission only on net winnings in a market, at the rate shown before you place a bet. No commission is charged on your stake or on losing bets. We may adjust rates with notice on the platform.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals use UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Net Banking, or IMPS in Indian Rupees. We may apply verification checks before processing a withdrawal. Funds must come from an account in your own name.

6. Market settlement and voids

Markets are settled from official results. We may void a market or bet in cases of obvious error, technical fault, abandoned matches, or suspected manipulation. Voided bets are returned to the relevant balances.

7. Fair use and prohibited conduct

You may not use bots, exploit errors, collude with other players, or use funds from illegal sources. Breaching these rules may lead to voided bets, suspended accounts, and forfeited balances where the law allows.

8. Responsible gaming

You can set deposit limits, take a cooling-off period, or self-exclude at any time. We may also intervene if we see signs of harm. See our Responsible Gaming page for details and support links.

9. Liability

Betting involves financial risk. You bet at your own discretion and may lose money. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, fail verification, or pose a fraud or legal risk. You may close your account at any time after settling open bets and withdrawing your balance.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
